1. Acceptance

These Terms are between you and Aerial Giant Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Sonnet application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial listening.

3. Proprietary Rights; No Reverse Engineering

The App, including its software, source code, design, and trademarks, is the property of Aerial Giant Inc. and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App, in whole or in part. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

4. Third-Party Content and Podcast Feeds

The App is a player. Podcast episodes, artwork, show notes, and other content you access through it are supplied by third parties via publicly available RSS feeds. Aerial Giant Inc. does not create, host, own, monitor, or endorse that content, and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, availability, or suitability. We are not liable for any third-party content you choose to access, stream, or download through the App. Rights in that content remain with its respective owners, and your use of it may be subject to the terms of the relevant publisher or platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerial Giant Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date above revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
