This is my journey of breaking through the clouds and healing the scars of mental and verbal abuse. Like a caterpillar who breaks free of the cocoon and transforms into a butterfly you will hear my story that began with love and moved through all of the phases of heart ache, abuse and manipulation until I emerged on the other side as a beautiful butterfly using her wings to spread awareness, self-worth , and confidence to everyone she touches. Join me on this emotional journey along with other wonderful women who overcame similar experiences.
